A woman with dark hair, wearing a light pink shirt, smiling and resting her chin on her hand, sitting at a desk with a potted plant, coffee mug, tablet, and papers in a home or office setting.

I’m Elina Parhomenko, an illustrator and surface pattern designer from Latvia.

Under my brand, Dumkart, I create nature-inspired murals and surface designs that bring calm storytelling and harmony into interiors.

I also love to draw pieces that feel a little more playful, especially for children’s interiors. It’s so great to see how an imaginative world and calm design can coexist.

A digital illustration showing a young girl riding on the tail of a whale, holding a net and a basket, with a dog sitting nearby. The scene is surreal, with a whale flying through a sky filled with stars, clouds, and fish, alongside a turtle carrying a lighthouse on its back.

I draw illustrations in several techniques: digital watercolor, vector, and digital hand-drawings.

Decorative shelf with framed botanical print of a strawberry plant and bee, two white candles in brass candlesticks, and empty wooden picture frame, against green wallpaper with pink strawberries and leaves, with a large round mirror reflecting a window and ceiling light fixture.

Before becoming a full-time illustrator, I worked for 13 years in IT management. That was a great experience that gave me strong organizational, planning, and technical skills.

These skills are valuable in illustration work because they help me manage projects of any size, delivering them on time with technically precise files.

I’m based in Riga, Latvia, but I’m open to collaborating with mural studios, wallpaper brands, and interior designers worldwide.

I offer custom murals, surface pattern design, and art licensing for interiors and home décor.

I’m happy to work on bespoke murals, create pattern designs, or license existing artwork.
